dancingTao is an invitation to use movement as meditation

We use the maps of 5Rhythms, Movement Medicine and other practices, including the emerging dancingTao pathways, to cultivate presence, connection and transformation through movement.

Click on 'Journeys' for information on classes, workshops and other invitations - or check the current events listings on the right of this page to see what's happening.

In the rest of the site you can find Teacher Biogs & dancefloor context in 'Community' and background on Taoism and other influences in 'Roots'. There's an introductory poem to this work in 'dancingTao' and finally there's our (tbh in serious need of an update) 'Resources' section featuring a podcast, links and other delights.

dancingTao was created by Christian de Sousa and the dancingTao collective, aka dTc, is an emerging group of dancers, facilitators, artists, therapists and other change agents committed to bringing movement into diverse situations.

See you on the dancefloor...
